I am a mom, who lost my son and through visits from his Spirit, became suddenly aware and in connection with our spiritual reality. In the midst of connecting with my son’s spirit, I experienced the sudden opening of mediumship abilities. In 2012, we lost Kevin to suicide, following a long battle with addiction. In my profound grief, I started giving mediumship readings to others in grief and struggle. I hoped to help others and found that my work profoundly helped me through grief. I gave my first professional reading seven years ago and have been giving readings since. I am also the mom of two adult children on Earth and “YaYa” to our grandson (Kevin’s son) who my husband and I have the blessing to raise.
Most of my adulthood, until just before Kevin passed, I was seriously disabled with what would eventually be diagnosed as a Parkinsonian Movement Disorder. Nine months before Kevin’s passing, I received the diagnose and medicine that returned my movement, health and function. The year after Kevin passed, I began energy work (Jin Shin Jyutsu) with a local doctor. After a year of energy work, I was able to go off my medicine with continued movement and function.
Due to my movement disorder’s effect on my eye muscles, I hadn’t been able to read for years. Now, suddenly able to read and curious about the spiritual reality I had come to know and work with and the healing that I was experiencing, body, mind and spirit, I began to read and study everything I could about our spiritual universe and the vast healing power of our minds.
I currently am training as a Shamanic Practitioner, studying the ancient wisdom, healing and spirituality of indigenous cultures. I am a student of Transpersonal Psychology at Atlantic University working towards my Master’s Degree. I studied and earned my certification at AU in Integrated Imagery Regression Hypnosis. I earned my Hypnosis Certification through the National Guild of Hypnotists. I studied Mediumship at Arthur Findlay College in Essex England in 2013 and 2014. I am a lifelong student of Jin Shin Jyutsu, the Japanese art of harmonizing body, mind and spirit using acupressure points.
My son’s spirit, gifted me with the knowing that consciousness is eternal, that love has no end and that Spirit is always near, ready to guide us and create with us. The purpose of my work is to pass this forward. My work is dedicated to the memory and spirit of my son Kevin, to my amazing children on Earth, and my husband…whose love, courage and support through the tough and the beautiful of being human, continually inspire me.
