This Summer- Bring the benefits of Meditation and Mindful Living into Your Life

This summer make a commitment to yourself to live present and conscious to each moment. Make a commitment to live true to yourself and to align your life to your soul's path and purpose. How do you do this? It starts with meditation, time spent with your highest self, and the loving, wise healing energy of our universal source.  Learn how to help your mind let go and rest so in the stillness you can become aware of, connect with and hear your highest self and your inner resources of great wisdom.

One evening a week, for an hour and a half, we will meditate and share the journey of putting the meditation skills you are learning in class into a personal spiritual practice that fits and works in your life; one you can sustain. We will learn and practice the skills of bringing meditational mindfulness into the moments of your everyday life, helping you center and calm 24/7.  

I am looking for 5 dedicated participants to consciously make this journey towards greater peace, fulfillment and well being.

The cost for this summer journey is $395 if paid in full before the first class, and $145 if paid the first of each month.
